Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 Net Monthly (dependent on experience)

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) with alternate Saturdays (9am-3pm)

Key Responsibilities

1: Perform and validate laboratory tests across relevant diagnostic disciplines.

2: Ensure accurate specimen collection, processing, analysis, and timely reporting of results.

3: Supervise Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) and coordinate daily laboratory activities.

4: Maintain laboratory quality control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

5: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and proper use of laboratory equipment.

6: Manage laboratory inventory, including reagents, consumables, and stock records.

7: Liaise with external laboratories and blood banks for outsourced tests and blood procurement when required.

Requirements

1: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).

2: Valid practicing license with the relevant regulatory body.

3: Minimum of 3-5 years relevant post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting.

4: Strong knowledge of laboratory quality assurance, safety standards, and diagnostic procedures.

5: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

6: Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
