JOB VACANCY: MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST (CHEMICAL PATHOLOGY SPECIALIST)
Healthwise Diagnostic Limited is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemical Pathology Specialist) to join our team in Kano.
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced chemical pathology tests, ensuring accurate results, maintaining quality control, and supporting clinical decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform and interpret chemical pathology tests according to established protocols.
Ensure quality assurance and control in the laboratory.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay updated with advances in chemical pathology and laboratory best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory
Science (Chemical Pathology).
At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a reputable laboratory.
Registration with relevant professional body (MLSCN) is mandatory.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
